my Name is Chris Lukhaup and i am from Germany. I married a Chilian Girl from Santiago ( Pirque ) and i am working in the Aquarium Business.
I have the idea to come more often now to Chile to to do some work ( maybe open a nice shop in Santiago..or a Aquarium Magazin..or do both )
At the moment i am Consulter for Tetra,Dennerle,Eheim etc and i am intrested in the activities of the aquarium enthusiasts of Chile.

Hi Chris, it's a pleasure to see you here at our site. I've seen your photos, they're espectacular! I've noticed you interest for crabs, they are amazing ))). Some time ago I've descovered some pancoras and they seemed so interesting to me that I've wrote an article about them, using some material that I found on the Internet. That article was published in a Russian magazine named Akvaruim, so you see - you're not alone here, we're some foreigners here in Chile. As about me, I was born in Russia and lived a very long time in Israel.

I will come in to Chile in december and if somebody of you want we can make a little meeting at my place in Pirque.
Here in Europe i give many speeches about Aquarium stuff so i could do that also in Chile and show some photos and talk a little bit about crayfish,shrimps and other aquarium animals.
Nice work Chris, it's interesting know about your idea of a shop and a magazine, here in Chile we need a change about the treatment and the commercialization of aquarium products and life, and we need an educational media to expand our limits too, therefore, I see a hope for a change with your idea.
I wish you luck, and I think everyone here supports your projects.
And count with me at the meeting in Pirque, so there we can drink some beer and talk about your ideas and knowledge

i really enjoy your photos, hope you can teach us about that species. Maybe in the future we can admire them in our aquariums.
